SimplePractice Client Portal Instructions

On your client portal, you can see your invoices and billing documents, schedule sessions, securely message your therapist, update your payment information, and more!

  1. Go to the clinician’s Client Portal website
  2. Click the “I’m an Existing Client” button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email with a link to get into your Client Portal.
  4. Click the “Sign In” link from the email to automatically log in to your Client Portal. It expires after 24 hours and can only be used to log in one time.For subsequent logins, complete the above process.
